Fix CryptUtil behaviour for SDK < 18
...
At SDK < 18, no AES key can be obtained from keystore, hence causing CryptUtilEspressoTest.testEncryptDecryptLegacyMethod() to fail. This fixes the problem by adding quirk to ensure plain I/O is still in place without causing crashes.

Fix Robolectric test failure

Our lowest supported version is SDK 14, while SecretKeygen.getSecretKey() lowest supported is SDK 18. This changes verification to allow nulls to pass through for devices lower than API 18.
Still throw failure if using devices below SDK 14.

This is to allow sharing connections having the same connection credentials and host, but with different paths. Also fixes problem that thumbnails on SSH servers cannot be generated.

Some *box implementations (toybox?) would use extra space characters to format file list outputs. Hence we update the regex to split values with one or more spaces instead of one only.

For 7z archives having entries with no timestamp,
- they will show as 00:00:00 1970-01-01 when in file manager view
- they will have last modified date = current timestamp on extracting
