Fixes #2746, by unclamping the flags between retryWithLs and force legacy file listing option in preferences.

Simple test case included to ensure no crash and line parsing can be run without error.

Raymond Lai c17635367a Database upgrade for cloud service table 
Fixes #2856.

As of #2807 a new DOCUMENT_FILE OpenMode enum is introduced, the cloud service entries will need move their value up by 1, which was forgotten when 3.6.2 was released.

Additionally, made the @Database annotation in UtilitiesDatabase and ExplorerDatabase to use version constants in the class instead.

TranceLove 77b682e8b0 Google Drive compliance changes 
- Add trademark to Google Drive button on create Cloud Connection list
- Add tooltip indicating purpose of the Google Drive button

Google Drive icon is already the same as Google gives, and I don't think it's wise to change it to coloured from the mono ones to keep the UI unified.
