chinboy 4da22a31d7 docs: add ColorPicker control design documentation 
Add comprehensive design documentation for the ColorPicker control, including:
- ColorPicker.md: Design overview, inheritance, Ant Design alignment
- ColorPickerAPI.md: Public properties, methods, events, enums
- ColorPickerStyling.md: Custom styling guide with AXAML examples
- ColorPickerToken.md: Design Token reference and impact analysis
