This reverts commit 36edb2771b.

As discussed internally, it was a rushed and nondemocratic decision
to apply this commit without asking anybody else.

Hari Rana 107076dc2f build: Allow custom app IDs 
From this time onward, development flatpaks of Bottles will
be suffixed with `.Devel`. This allows us to test Bottles completely
separately from stable releases, making it easier to test without
affecting existing configurations.
