Hari Rana 1ff8529bf4 misc: Improve build (#2430) 
- Remove unnecessary build scripts and manifests from formats we don't intend to use anytime soon
- Add Develeopment icons and name
- Rename Flatpak manifest
- Update VERSION_UPDATE.md
- Improve shebang in install.sh
