Evil0ctal 59aadd69a4 fix: a live status page answers every broadcast asked, in its own place
Douyin's check_alive leaves out an id that was never a broadcast, so its
page came back shorter than the list asked while TikTok's answers each id.
A caller pairing its list with the page by position - which "in the order
asked" invites - then read every room after the gap off its neighbour's
answer: ask [never-was, on-air] and the first id comes back on air.

The registry now hands the parser the list as the request sent it, and
both platforms' pages follow that list, false for an id the answer left
out. The route, the OpenAPI text and the API docs say one thing for both.
