In English and Japanese the dialog asked to unsubscribe while the menu item and the button
it confirms say unfollow. The iOS e2e flows wait for the new title, escaped so the regex
cannot match the Unfollow button behind the alert.

The screen always started on "Sign up to Folo", so after a session expired or
was revoked an email user had to switch to signing in first. A device someone
signed in on before now starts on signing in; the e2e auth flows handle both.

The settings list grew, so the last row now stops underneath the floating tab
bar when Maestro scrolls until it is visible, and the tap landed on the tab bar
instead of the sign-out row.
