The errors locales had no entry for 1008 (a guest session tried a change),
4009 (wallet withdrawals disabled) or 13008 (RSSHub instance already
added), so clients showed English text or the bare code. Every errors
locale now has them, and a test checks each code the server can send.

The server now answers a blank list title with 8005, a rules save over
newer rules with 12001 and a failed AI title with 15006. Without
translations clients showed the bare English text or the number; every
errors locale now has them.

Move the hard-coded English left in the desktop renderer, the Electron
main process, the mobile app and the shared packages to i18next, with
en, zh-CN, zh-TW, ja and fr-FR translations. SSR share pages are
unchanged.
- Fill every namespace in every language, delete keys no code reads
(server error codes stay) and update translations left behind by
later English changes.
- Stop HTML-escaping interpolated values in the desktop renderer.
React already escapes text, so names with & or quotes showed entities.
- Render error boundary fallbacks as components so they can use hooks.
- Localize zod validation messages with the app language.
- Throw ClipboardError from the clipboard helpers and show translated
toasts. formatEstimatedMins takes a formatter so callers localize the
units.
- Use one glossary term per concept in ja, fr-FR and zh-TW.

Updated the error parsing logic in the error-parser.ts file to include additional status handling for FollowAPIError. Improved the toastFetchError function to utilize status codes for payment-related errors. Additionally, localized new error messages in English, Japanese, and Chinese, including updates for trial user limits and AI memory errors.
