DIYgod 9fc09566f8 fix(desktop): stop bundling page tests as routes ...

The route builder picked up pages/settings/layout.test.tsx as a page, so
the build shipped Vitest and /settings/layout.test crashed with "Vitest
mocker was not initialized". Test files are now left out of the routes
in the web and Electron builds.
