songkeys b7d5123c70 refactor(AllItem): improve media dimension handling and layout consistency ...

- Integrated `useImageDimensions` to dynamically calculate media cover dimensions when not provided.
- Adjusted aspect ratio handling to ensure consistent display across media types.
- Moved the null check for `entry` to improve code readability.

These changes enhance the user experience by ensuring media elements are displayed correctly and consistently within the AllItem component.
