DIYgodandClaude Opus 5.5 6fc3af8237 fix(desktop): don't send the push token at every connection while signed out ...

The token goes up whenever push connects until the server has it, so a
signed-out app sent an upload that could only fail at every launch and
reconnect. It now waits for a session, and signing in sends the token.
