Previously, if a feed was both directly subscribed and existed in a subscribed list,
it would appear twice in the subscription IDs array, causing unread counts to be
doubled in SubscriptionTabButton.

Fixed by using Set to deduplicate feed IDs in:
- getSubscriptionIdsByViewSelector
- getSubscribedFeedIdAndInboxHandlesByView
