iPel b0a8f6761a fix(android): detach reused list item views before ViewHolder create ...

RecyclerView rejects ViewHolders whose itemView is still attached. Detach
via LayoutManager when the parent is a RecyclerView so ChildHelper stays
consistent, and refuse still-attached views in RecycleViewPool instead of
calling removeView without knowing the parent type.
