- Introduced `openspec-explore` skill for deep exploration of ideas and problem investigation without implementation. - Added `openspec-propose` skill to facilitate quick change proposals with all necessary artifacts generated in one step. - Implemented `openspec-sync-specs` skill to intelligently sync delta specs from changes to main specs, allowing for selective updates. - Created `openspec-update-change` skill to revise existing planning artifacts while maintaining coherence, without editing code. - Established a new `openspec/config.yaml` file to define project schema, context, artifact rules, and operational guidance.
