xuhuajie-NetEase 79443e4d90 菜单细节调整 
1、增加子菜单visible属性的支持
2、开放ResizeMenu和ResizeSubMenu方法（当菜单的visible属性变更时，菜单项的增删时，需要再次调用以重新计算）
3、优化OnFinalMessage方法，以保持窗口类的行为一致
4、优化KEYUP、KEYDOWN体验，实测发现当控件有焦点时，listbox已经处理该事件。
