Dan Siegel 8014e4f165 Clarify cancellation token factory parameter name 
Rename the parameter and XML documentation to cancellationTokenFactory on both async command types. Exercise the named argument in the existing factory tests.

Dan Siegel 2d06b830c0 Rename async command cancellation token factory 
Rename the token-returning factory on both async command types for Prism 10 and cover fluent configuration, lazy factory invocation, explicit token precedence, and interface execution.

Fixes #3251.
