qmake: fix build for qt>=5.4.2

qtLibraryTarget was broken in Qt5.4.1/0 and now is fixed in 5.4.2.

fix static link on windows

dllimport must be removed if link to a static lib. now it's not removed
because it's impossible to detect whether we link to a static lib

qmake: check cross_compile instead of CROSS_COMPILE
...
CROSS_COMPILE is usually not defined unless qt is configured with -device-
options. cross_compile is defined in qconfig.pri(Qt4,5)

mac: build as a framework if Qt is and user not force dylib
...
If Qt is build as frameworks, then QtAV will be a framework too by
default.
But you can change to dylib. just add `CONFIG+=no-framework` in
QtAV_src_root/user.conf.

qmake: correct the backslash from string. use '/' for qmake

qmake knows how to deal with '/'. '\' is only used for win command.
if '\' appears in qmake file, qmake will give a warning

qmake: cache() for Qt4 and ready to use compile test. unified with Qt5
...
Now we can cache the BUILD_DIR exactly in $$BUILD_DIR, with emulated
cache() for Qt4, and built-in cache() for Qt5. The code is a little
complex for Qt4

1. 1cahce(): erase the existing lines contain the value
