another is Video.qml, VideoOutput2 is used. so use Video item only for
Qt>=5.2

theoribeiro <theo@fictix.com.br > wrote the initial qml item code, it
should be kept in QQuickItemRenderer source. But later I copied it's
header to other files without removing his name.

old convertTo() is a bad idea because VideoFrame now is explicitly
shared and will be removed
