update authors in copyright header

theoribeiro <theo@fictix.com.br > wrote the initial qml item code, it
should be kept in QQuickItemRenderer source. But later I copied it's
header to other files without removing his name.

qml: set metaData.Size to file size
...
QtMultimedia use the value from meta data and only works on
windows. Not sure why
