wang-bin 70d8c21643 qml: repaint sg when a new frame comes in fbo renderer 
item.update only marks the node dirty and update nodes, even though
frame is rendered into fbo at that time, the result texture is not
composited into sg. sg repaint is required

theoribeiro <theo@fictix.com.br> wrote the initial qml item code, it
should be kept in QQuickItemRenderer source. But later I copied it's
header to other files without removing his name.

frame is protected when when syncing sg and when a new frame come, but
later when frame is to be rendered, no protection at all.

qt5 can use .qmake.conf in project root to store default configurations.

shader and material functions are always in QSGRenderThread
so no mutex is required

wang-bin 21ec2165c8 qml add video decoder options. workaround for variant map 
QVariantMap is better to interact with js object.
QVariantHash is not supported in qml. So it's better to
change AVPlayer.setOptionsXXX argument to QVariantMap
