wang-bin 689fee9634 use version.h to simplify version change for rc file. fix vs link error ...

when compiling *.rc, include files like Qt/*.h, QtAV/*.h will failed, so
I use relative path, and version.h include no other files.
link error is about /SAFESEH, when linking again ffmpeg and portaudio,
just disable it
