LY a8701adbb4 🚀 CI 配置迁移及依赖与命名空间调整 
本次提交包括以下主要变更：

- CI/CD 配置从 CI.yml 迁移至 CI.yml.bak，流程内容基本一致，仅启用 aigio-win10ltsc-vm 平台，release 步骤仍为注释状态。
- BD.WTTS.Client.csproj 中 fusillade 依赖切换为 BD.Common.fusillade，自有维护版本。
- 全面将 UI 相关代码中的 using Avalonia.ReactiveUI; 替换为 using ReactiveUI.Avalonia;，并同步更新全局 using。
- 更新了 Avalonia.Image2、Common、DirectoryPackages、WTTS.MicroServices.ClientSDK 四个子模块指向的 commit，依赖同步至新版本。
