Update all service method signatures, OperationContext, and request processing logic to use RequestLifetime, enabling precise tracking of cancellation reasons with UA StatusCodes. Remove obsolete synchronous request handling and legacy delegates. Update code generation, tests, and interfaces to support the new model. This change improves cancellation, timeout, and abort handling, and prepares the server for advanced request management features.
