opcfoundation-org 0f97945858 Modelcompiler updates, errata 1.04.9 nodeset (#1284) 
- Use updated Modelcompiler code generator to produce code which has no dependency on System.Servicemodel
- breaking change, .NET stack which used the NET_STANDARD version have to fix dependencies on System.Servicemodel
- new codegenerator also provides stubs for async client API (NET_STANDARD_ASYNC), currently disabled
- latest V1.04.9 Nodeset

Erich Barnstedt 33ccae2e4e 1. Fixed spelling mistake in GetApplicationUriFromCertificate(). 
2. Removed "netcoreapp1.0" from project.json as it is not required.
3. Updated generated OPC type classes with latest definitions.
4. Added session-less request validation.
5.Added small helper method in certificate store ID class.
6. Added OAuth2 credentials.
7. Brought original user identities back in (username, cert, certIDs) and added JWTs.
