2. Fix path to certificate store.
3. Update to UWP 5.2.1 and AMQP.NetLite 1.2.

Erich Barnstedt 2901d8e5bb 1. Added definition of supported frameworks into project jason to get compiletime issues on missing classes. 
2. Removed client cert validation from HTTPS client and server as this is not supported on all platforms, e.g. .Net4.6.
3. Reverted back to XmlDocument from XDocument as this is now supported via a NuGet package on UWP and XDocument is not supported on .Net4.6.
4. Baseline .Net4.6 samples and assoc. controls project check-in, not working yet.
5. Moved UWP client controls from SDK to Samples directly.

Erich Barnstedt aafbc16bd8 1. Removed <TransportConfigurations> from app config XML files as this is no longer in use. 
2. Removed last view mentions of HTTP transport (only HTTPS is supported).
3. Fixed bug in CreateHttpsServiceHost() where the worst security settings was selected, instead of the best.
4. Implemented BeginSendRequest() is HTTPS transport as this is used for "keep alive" messages.

Rolled back to 1.18 of AMQP.NetLite assembly due to an incompatibility with UWP.

Re-enabled cert chain checks.
Got the HTTPS client working.

Erich Barnstedt 36377d038d 1. Removed dependency on Microsoft.Extensions.PlatformAbstractions (not supported on UWP). 
2. Added certs to source control for .Net Core apps.
3. Added default constructors now required for deserialization.

Erich Barnstedt 1ac35fdec0 .Net Core 1.0 Release Upgrade (VS2015 Update3 is now required!): 
1. Upgraded from UWP 5.1.0 to 5.2.0
2. Upgraded all assemblies from RC to RTM bits
3. Renamed Common directory to Opc.Ua.Sample
4. Reimplemented HTTP transport due to removed classes in .Net Standard
5. Small UWP XML class cleanup due to changes in UWP 5.2.0
