Erich Barnstedt 78fffac3f9 1. Turn off UAC as this is no longer required. 
2. Fix path to certificate store.
3. Update to UWP 5.2.1 and AMQP.NetLite 1.2.

Erich Barnstedt 2e0f4332ba 1. Got the .Net4.6 samples running (mainly getting rid of command line arguments, HTTP settings and WCF transport bindings and adding async calls). 
2. Added certificate extension parsing back in (actual parsing code is still TODO as pInvoke is not an option).

Erich Barnstedt 2901d8e5bb 1. Added definition of supported frameworks into project jason to get compiletime issues on missing classes. 
2. Removed client cert validation from HTTPS client and server as this is not supported on all platforms, e.g. .Net4.6.
3. Reverted back to XmlDocument from XDocument as this is now supported via a NuGet package on UWP and XDocument is not supported on .Net4.6.
4. Baseline .Net4.6 samples and assoc. controls project check-in, not working yet.
5. Moved UWP client controls from SDK to Samples directly.

Erich Barnstedt aafbc16bd8 1. Removed <TransportConfigurations> from app config XML files as this is no longer in use. 
2. Removed last view mentions of HTTP transport (only HTTPS is supported).
3. Fixed bug in CreateHttpsServiceHost() where the worst security settings was selected, instead of the best.
4. Implemented BeginSendRequest() is HTTPS transport as this is used for "keep alive" messages.

Erich Barnstedt b854dfc064 Removed invalid runtimes from .NetCore apps projects. 
Rolled back to 1.18 of AMQP.NetLite assembly due to an incompatibility with UWP.

Erich Barnstedt ce9b34bea7 Fixed 2 path seperators.

Removed unneeded platform definitions.
Removed unneeded dependent assemblies.
Re-enabled cert chain checks.
Got the HTTPS client working.

Erich Barnstedt b7f91aaf9c 1. Added UWP SampleClient back in. 
2. Added missing default constructors now required.
3. trace and endpoint file now written to temp directory as application directory not accessible from UWP apps.

Erich Barnstedt 1ac35fdec0 .Net Core 1.0 Release Upgrade (VS2015 Update3 is now required!): 
1. Upgraded from UWP 5.1.0 to 5.2.0
2. Upgraded all assemblies from RC to RTM bits
3. Renamed Common directory to Opc.Ua.Sample
4. Reimplemented HTTP transport due to removed classes in .Net Standard
5. Small UWP XML class cleanup due to changes in UWP 5.2.0

Marc Schier 0ba7e3f9bd Port publisher to uwp repo 
a. Changed to 10.0.586 SDK target
b. Updated nuget packages to latest version (.net core 5.1.0 and winrtxamltools to 2.0)
c. Added Publisher sample with documented sample config.xml. Single AmqpConnection class that is configured from config.xml, and supports Open, Send, Close, including internal Message Queue object to queue messages across disconnect/reconnect. Compare to Sample Client and the changes are simple and obvious.
d. Added JSONEncoder/Decoder to Stack (Types/Encoders). This is the only addition to the stack itself and at this point "experimental".
e. Ported Buffer/Leak fixes into this branch as well (Stack/Core/Stack/Tcp)
f. Added disclaimer paragraph into readme.md about publisher.
