1. Got the .Net4.6 samples running (mainly getting rid of command line arguments, HTTP settings and WCF transport bindings and adding async calls).

2. Added certificate extension parsing back in (actual parsing code is still TODO as pInvoke is not an option).

Added Console Server sample project.

Added Sample project (needed for server).
Fixed copyright info.
Fixed all "easy" TODOs (or removed if not applicable anymore).
Removed HTTP transport settings (HTTP not supported anymore, only HTTPS).
Added option to load embedded resources from app directory as embedded resources not supported in .Net Standard.

1. Removed dependency to IBackgroundTask.

2. Removed WCF-based transports for good.
3. Removed references to non-existant ANSI-C stack.
4. Brought HTTPS transport back (but not working yet).
