Martin Regen 057912c825 - Fixes found during a CTT test pass. Many fixes also due to sync with .Net codebase. 
- Sync codebase of Opc.Ua libraries to UA.Net 1.03.340 source on github.
-CTT stress failures and exceptions all fixed.
-Roughly 2 dozen CTT tests are still with red bubbles. Mainly very special cases.

Erich Barnstedt bfecd8bc8b 1. Removed "TestPackage" from NuGet configuration. 
2. Added generate cert script to project files.
3. Made "\\" platform independent, even for .Net4 samples (apart from GDS samples).
4. Fixed cert validation popups (yes/no was reversed!).
5. Got GDS server and client samples running (no connection yet).
6. Fixed configuration and popups in GDS client.

2. Fix path to certificate store.
3. Update to UWP 5.2.1 and AMQP.NetLite 1.2.

Erich Barnstedt 2e0f4332ba 1. Got the .Net4.6 samples running (mainly getting rid of command line arguments, HTTP settings and WCF transport bindings and adding async calls). 
2. Added certificate extension parsing back in (actual parsing code is still TODO as pInvoke is not an option).

Erich Barnstedt 2901d8e5bb 1. Added definition of supported frameworks into project jason to get compiletime issues on missing classes. 
2. Removed client cert validation from HTTPS client and server as this is not supported on all platforms, e.g. .Net4.6.
3. Reverted back to XmlDocument from XDocument as this is now supported via a NuGet package on UWP and XDocument is not supported on .Net4.6.
4. Baseline .Net4.6 samples and assoc. controls project check-in, not working yet.
5. Moved UWP client controls from SDK to Samples directly.
