Marc 994b4b02c9 Wait for backup reverse connection before redundancy discovery tests ...

CI could finish a dialed initial connection before the backup's first ReverseHello. Initial redundancy discovery snapshots available member connections, so the fixture could wait forever for an endpoint absent from that snapshot. Wait for the intended backup connection before returning the fixture; keep the no-backup path, timeout budgets and production behavior unchanged.
