Roman EttlingerandClaude Opus 5.5 24f81e8924 [master378] Set ClientAuditEntryId of the AuditOpenSecureChannelEvent from the request

An OpenSecureChannel has no session context, so Initialize left the
ClientAuditEntryId of its audit event empty. Use the AuditEntryId of the
OpenSecureChannel request header, as master does since #3734. With the
event queue fix the CTT receives these events and then fails Auditing
Connections 001 ("Unable to Find Entry for ClientAuditEntryId").
