# Description Partition the long-running sample and WoT test suites into bounded, non-overlapping CI shards, and give all workloads the standard 45-minute test-execution budget. Account for setup/build overhead separately in the job timeout so builds do not consume test timeouts. Remove the former sample, integration, WoT, and server-specific timeout exceptions while retaining complete test scheduling. Focused matrix tests pass (25/25); full and PR matrix generation succeeds at 238 and 98 jobs, respectively. PowerShell syntax parsing and `git diff --check` pass.
