- allow for loading of single types with dependencies from DataTypeDefinitions only
- introduce a type dictionary to match xml qualified names with type ids.
breaking change (internally):
- simplify JSON encoding by providing a UseReversibleEncoding flag 
- add also JSON and XML encoding ids to type factory if supported
- follow coding conventions for test sample, add single type loading use case (before/after)
- fix a bug when a JSON extension object cannot be decoded when the namespace uri is encoded
