Martin Regen 4f8b522b57 tested and fixed the two cases: 
i) register the gds server with itself, create a CA signed cert. The app cert is in directory.
ii) register the gds client with gds, create a CA signed cert. The app cert is in x509 store.

using the UA-.NetStandard config xml.
