* add server interfaces

* Add IConfigurationNodeManager, IDiagnosticsNodeManager, IMasterNodeManager, IStandardServer, IApplicationInstance interfaces to Server. Add IMainNodeManagerFactory to create Diagnostics & MainNodeManager

* Use IApplicationInstance interface where appropriate

* fix review feedback
