-reduce Xml/Json output of encoder tests to avoid out of memory exception (trx reduced from 600MB to 40MB) -simplify a few NodeCache tests and disable a test case which produces a lot of exception logs -default targets to net8.0 instead of net6.0 -fix benchmark cmd (required PlatformTarget) -remove nunitxml.testlogger dependency from projects
