Simone Avogadro 0c7cf89830 docs: add third-party software notices 
List the tools the plugin drives (jadx, Vineflower, Fernflower, dex2jar,
Apktool, adb, Java) with their licenses and upstream links, and state that
none of them is bundled or redistributed. Link the notices from README and
PRIVACY.md.

Simone Avogadro 990aed0614 docs: add privacy policy and homepage/documentation/privacy URLs 
PRIVACY.md documents that the plugin collects nothing, processes files
locally, reads no credentials, and only makes network requests to download
dependencies via install-dep.
