Document the work of this branch and bump the plugin version to 1.8.0 in
the three places (marketplace metadata, marketplace plugin entry,
plugin.json).

- tracker-analysis / ad-analysis SKILL.md and /find-trackers, /find-ads:
  every registry entry of the group, accepted layouts (apktool, jadx, its
  sources/, jadx XAPK, tree), new flags (--sdk, --list-sdks, --tsv, --full,
  --no-hints), HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW/NONE legend, detection-only entries, jq
  Step 0, the .ps1 twins launched from Bash (WSL form: both paths
  converted with wslpath before a subshell cd /mnt/c, so a relative
  input dir works and the shell cwd is kept; Git Bash form with cygpath
  and no cd).
- sdk-neutralizer SKILL.md and /neutralize: detection-only rule (add
  targets to the existing entry, never a duplicate sdk_id), counts
  48 neutralizable + 6 detection-only, find-* does not verify a
  neutralization (neutralize-manifest.json / --replay), detection vs
  neutralization data, builtin fallback differences.
- Catalogs reduced to prose + Gradle coordinates (Amplitude legacy/current
  fixed, com.pgl.ssdk, InMobi ads.rendering); mediation-patterns uses
  find-ads --entrypoints instead of the --exclude-dir example; grep lines of
  the prose references point to the scripts.
- README, CLAUDE.md (Tests section, bash 3.2 script list, POSIX awk,
  registry rules, PowerShell library rules), setup-guide (jq per OS,
  PS 5.1 UTF-16 note), decompile.md (INSTALL_OPTIONAL:jq).
- New skills/sdk-neutralizer/references/registry-backlog.md (DESIGN 3.4);
  its DO/P/A table is generated by the dev tool tests/tools/registry-gaps.sh
  and kept fresh by tests/unit/t_gaps_fresh.sh (a detection root is a P
  gap unless it equals or sits under a packages item).
- New tests/bash32/bash32.sh: the bash32 suite of `tests/run.sh full`
  (bash -n plus the BASH32-aware unit tests and find-golden on bash 3.2).
