feat(execute-driver-plugin)!: replace bluebird usage inside scripts with native promises ( #21990 )

BREAKING CHANGE: The `Promise` object in the script context now matches the global `Promise` object instead of `bluebird`. Methods specific to `bluebird` are no longer supported.
