The dominant-file aggregation behind codegraph_explore could let SQLite drive the query from the nodes table, which on a large index took seconds to a minute. The query now pins an edges-first plan. On four indexes it returns the same rows, 4 to 12 times faster. Fixes issue 2571. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* The dominant-file aggregation must stay one pass over the edges whatever the
* planner's statistics say (#2571). `runMaintenance` samples them
* (`analysis_limit=1000` + `PRAGMA optimize`), and a sample can under-count
* nodes per file — `idx_nodes_file_path` at 6 where a full ANALYZE says 26.
* The plain join then started from nodes and, per node, walked every node in
* its file and probed edges by (source, target): quadratic in nodes per file,
* ~100 s on a repo with a generated R.java. The statistics below are the
* sampled ones from a real index; the test plants them and reads the plan.
