remove path separator from ioutil.TempFile prefix
In [1], from Go1.15 path separators are rejected in ioutil.TempFile.

Change LocalFile to embed *os.File.
This is to support ConvertDoc when falls back to Docx (and so needs to Seek back to the beginning of the file).
