yaml-cpp 0.6.3 -> vcpkg 0.9.0. linkage=auto + link_all_symbols (whole-archive the static .a into the wrapper shared lib so it exports symbols -- the real cause of the convert_to_map "ABI" undefined). thirdparty-only.
