FunctionPurgeAnalysisCmd: compute progress without rebuilding the entry-point set
...
The per-function progress update subtracted a growing address range from a
copy of the entry-point set (AddressSet.subtract copies every remaining
range into a new tree on each call), making the analyzer quadratic in the
number of functions. On large binaries this dominated the run: a 32-bit x86
PE with ~360k functions spent more than an hour inside AddressSet.subtract.
Instead, remove the processed range from one working copy of the set with
AddressSet.deleteFromMin, which edits the tree in place, and report progress
as the count of entry-point addresses consumed so far. Deleting up to each
function's end also consumes entry-point addresses that do not belong to
any function, which the subtract-based computation left in the set.

Use model rows for Delete/Merge Blocks and Find All results when the table is filtered
...
When the Memory Map or the Find All results table is filtered, some actions use the selected view rows as model rows. They then act on the row at the same position in the unfiltered list instead of the selected row.
