* Expand branches of the tree charts by one generation
In the ancestor, descendant and hourglass charts, a card whose parents
or children are not shown gets an arrow on the side where its branch
grows. Clicking it adds one generation to that branch, keeping the
selected person. The expanded people are fetched with the chart's
request, so they are refreshed with it, and are forgotten when another
person or chart is shown.
The root person's menu button and the arrows share one style, with a
backdrop that fades lines under the chevron. The person preview and the
root person's shadow now belong to the card itself, so the buttons next
to it neither open the preview nor cast a shadow.

With zero descendant generations, the descendant chart showed only the
selected person and the hourglass chart only their ancestors. A stored
value below a setting's minimum now counts as the minimum.

The ancestor, descendant and hourglass charts get a "Tree direction"
setting. Vertically, generations are rows with ancestors above and
descendants below, as in the relationship chart. Connectors and the
root person's menu button follow the direction, and links fade when
the direction changes.
The settings dialog gets a general select setting, which the name
display format also uses, and keys its rows by setting, so an input
is not reused for another chart's setting.

The ancestor, descendant and hourglass charts draw right-angled
connectors like the relationship chart, with rounded outer corners.
Each stretch of a shared stem or bar is drawn by one link only, and
links use an opaque colour, so overlapping lines do not look darker.
The tree charts show all child relations and dash the lines to
children who are not birth children, as the relationship chart does.
The descendant chart and the relatives menu now include adopted, step
and foster children.

hover and focus shading, a label, and keyboard access
- The chart view includes the button, so it is visible on narrow screens
- The menu uses md-menu with the person list avatar and dates, and the

- Menu items chosen with Enter or Space select, also in the fan chart
colour menu
- Remove unused mwc-menu imports from the chart components
