- Add framework.py with test registry, assertions, and helpers
- Create tests/ subdirectory with separate test files for each API module
- Add test runner (test.py) with idalib support
- Include test binary (crackme03.elf) and binary_info.py

Tests extracted from conflicting-main branch and reorganized into
separate files instead of inline tests in api_*.py files.
