Sven Scharmentke b943e1c46d chore: prepare the 1.1.0 release (#83) 
Promotes [Unreleased] to [1.1.0], adds a pull request template stating the
Conventional Commit title requirement, and records in CLAUDE.md what an
unreleasable release-please run looks like in the log.

Release-As: 1.1.0
