video/img_format: add IMGFMT definitions for x2bgr10 and rgba16f
Will be useful for mapping hardware frames. We could add more formats
here, but those should be enough to allow RGB processing.

test: support format refs for multiple ffmpeg versions
With some small tweaks to the test, we can support multiple ffmpeg
versions. This adds back ffmpeg 6 support that was removed in the
previous commit.
