Kacper Michajłow 12d630d819 terminal: serialize terminal output between the status line and the VOs ...

The status line is written from the main thread while vo_sixel, vo_kitty
and vo_tct write frames from the VO thread, so it could land inside a
frame. Add a lock that the status line holds for a write and the VOs for
a frame.
