Julius Pfrommer add087dfba fix(server): remove duplicate ShutdownReason handling 
Keep the existing snapshot-based read path and retain both shutdown-reason diagnostics tests under distinct names. This resolves duplicate declarations introduced by the current master history.

Andreas Ebner 51750cdaee fix(server): report the ShutdownReason in the ServerStatus structure (Part 5, 12.10) 
The application sets the reason in the ShutdownReason Variable. The
ServerStatus structure returned an empty shutdownReason regardless.

Andreas Ebner 9d608009da test(server): cover the ServerStatus during the shutdown delay (Part 5, 12.10) 
The State and SecondsTillShutdown were only read outside of a shutdown. Check
both Variables, the ServerStatus structure and a MonitoredItem on the State
while the shutdown is pending.
