Jiří Engelthaler 80c3e91675 fix(server): Transfer subscription - fix queued subscription notifications 
When transferring a subscription, TAILQ_FOREACH_SAFE must be used for
queued subscription notifications.

Unit test updated.

Fix #5774

Instead use UA_SECURECHANNELSTATE_CLOSED as the default.
This is the pattern used everywhere else as well.
