The function UA_decodeXml is needed by the add_node_integration_test
in client.c, but only available with the define UA_ENABLE_XML_ENCODING.

Srdjan Usorac d1d9ecb7e1 feat(tests): Integration test for open62541 nodesetLoader (#5453) 
Add integration test consisting of an OPC UA Server
with custom loaded nodesets. Include an OPC UA Client
that connects to the server and browses all of the nodes
defined in the nodeset files. Validate if all of the
nodes within the nodeset(s) can be successfully browsed
(check if any node encountered an `AddNode()` issue).

Import testnodeset.xml file used in test cases of the
nodeset-compiler. This test case is missing to have parity
between compiler and loader when testing.

Srdjan Usorac 3aa55f8866 feat(test): Add memory consumption test for nodesetLoader 
Add script that measures heap memory usage for
the nodesetLoader. Include all currently supported
UA-Nodesets.
